LeBron James of the Miami Heat became the cover athlete, and also served as the music curator for the game. It was released on Octofor Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 versions for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One were also released on the consoles' respective launch dates.
