I often keep a shortcut on my desktop to Skyrim root directory folder "Skyrim" for quick and easy access to files that I may need or want to edit (like ENB configuration files). Open %\users\\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim and delete everything in this folder except the "Saves" folder (if you'd like to keep previous saves.
